Payments and Subscriptions
The following payment terms apply to premium plans:
Billing
- Payments are charged at the beginning of each period
- Auto-renewal is active by default
- Prices are shown excluding taxes
Refund Policy
All premium plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. You can get a full refund within the first 30 days if not satisfied.
Acceptable Use
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for illegal purposes
- Harming or harassing other users
- Compromising system security

Limitation of Liability
PriceONN cannot be held responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
Our liability for service interruptions, data loss, or security breaches is limited to your subscription fee.
Account Termination
In case of violation of these terms, we may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice.
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.
Governing Law
These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction in disputes.
