The current price action on XAUUSD is quite concerning for bulls. We've seen a significant drop from the highs, and the price is now trading below the 20 and 50 SMAs on the daily chart, which is a bearish signal. The RSI is also hovering in the low 30s, indicating oversold conditions but not necessarily an immediate reversal. The key support seems to be around the 4520 pivot level. If that fails, we could see a much deeper correction towards the 200 SMA, which is way up at 4993, but the immediate threat is the breakdown of current lows. I'm waiting for confirmation before considering any long positions.

Hey @adaku6044, I saw your post about the bearish signals. You're spot on with the price action being concerning. Dropping below the 20 and 50 SMAs on D1 is definitely a red flag, and the RSI is screaming oversold but that doesn't always mean an immediate reversal, especially with how aggressive that move down was on Friday. The displacement candle was pretty intense. I'm watching the 4500 area closely myself. If we break that, I think we could see further downside towards those pivot points you might be seeing. It's a tricky spot to be in right now, definitely need to wait for more confirmation next week before committing to anything big.

Yeah @adaku6044, you're absolutely right about the bearish signals on XAUUSD. Seeing it below the 50 SMA on D1 is a big concern, and that RSI is screaming danger, not just oversold. Honestly, the way it tanked after that Iran news seemed like a textbook stop hunt. They pushed it down just enough to trigger everyone's SLs before the slight rebound. I'm watching the 4300-4250 zone closely, but even then, I wouldn't trust it not to get hammered again. This whole market feels rigged when you see how fast those big moves happen on seemingly minor news. It's all about algorithmics and liquidity grabs. I'm sitting on the sidelines mostly, waiting for clearer signs or the next manipulation play.
