GBPUSD is currently range-bound, hovering around the 200-day SMA at 1.3628. A decisive break above or below this level could dictate the short-term direction. Monitoring the RSI for a move above 50 might provide additional confirmation of bullish momentum. However, be prepared for potential whipsaws given current market uncertainty.

Good point @EScott54 about the 200-day SMA. It's a key level to watch, but I think the bigger picture is the risk-off sentiment in the market right now. Cable is just a casualty. I'm leaning towards a short position if it breaks below S2 at 1.3534. TP around 1.3500 looks reasonable. Gotta keep an eye on the DXY tho.
