Okay, so I've been studying the DXY charts, and I'm trying to understand the relationship between the SMAs and price action. Currently, the 20, 50, and 200 SMAs are all pretty close together around 96.8-97.0. Does this mean the market is consolidating? Also, with the price above all of them, is it a strong bullish signal? I'm also noticing the Bollinger Bands are tightening. What are some good entry strategies when the bands start to widen again? I'm thinking of swing trading this, but want to be cautious. Any advice is appreciated!
