Deciding on position sizing for XAGUSD today has been tricky. After seeing that sharp drop from the high 70s down to near 70, I'm being super cautious. My usual swing trading strategy involves risking no more than 1-2% of my capital per trade. Given the current volatility, even 1% feels substantial. I've decided to open a very small short position, only risking 0.5% of my account. It's better to miss out on some potential gains than to get wiped out by a sudden reversal, especially with how the Fed's stance is still a major factor. I'm looking for confirmation around the 72.00-73.00 resistance zone before even considering adding more. Patience is key, especially in these markets! 🤔💰
