Watching DXY here and it's really pushing up, almost hitting that 100 mark again. Saw a bullish engulfing candle on the H1 chart, which usually means a decent move up could be coming. With all the talk about inflation and the Fed possibly hiking rates again, this makes sense. Just hope it doesn't run out of steam too quickly.

This whole DXY rally feels a bit too fast though, RSI is way up there in overbought territory now. It's almost at that 71 level. Could be a liquidity grab before a reversal, especially with the Fed news swirling. I'm gonna wait for a pullback or confirmation before jumping in, don't want to get caught buying the top if it pulls back hard.

Yeah, that bullish engulfing was pretty clear. If we break above 100 decisively, I might look for a long entry myself.

@MuhammadK75 You're talking about a bullish engulfing on H1? I don't see it really holding. DXY looks weak here, RSI is definitely showing it. With the news about peace hopes emerging, that dollar strength could easily fade. I'd be very careful about going long, might be a trap.
