The current EURUSD setup bears a resemblance to the market conditions preceding the Brexit vote in 2016. We observed a prolonged period of uncertainty, reflected in choppy price action and increased volatility. The initial reaction to the vote was a significant sell-off in the Euro. While the circumstances are different now, the underlying theme of geopolitical risk and economic uncertainty is comparable. If the situation escalates further, we could witness a similar 'flight to safety,' driving the EURUSD lower. However, unlike 2016, the ECB's current monetary policy stance might limit the extent of the decline. It's a complex situation, requiring careful analysis of both technical and fundamental factors. I am expecting the price to test the 1.165 level.
