This whole mining company tech overhaul thing is weird. Why now? Seems like a distraction from what's really moving gold. All that talk about ESG and modernization feels like fluff when the price is this weak. I'm just sitting on my short position from Friday, hoping this whole sector drama doesn't cause some crazy gap up on Monday.
