I'm observing a potential short-term bearish signal on BTCUSD. The RSI is currently at 42.7, indicating weakening momentum, and the price is below the 50-day SMA at 71204.64. I'm curious to see if others are interpreting this as a potential entry point for a short position, or if there's a bullish counter-argument I'm overlooking. Update: Further analysis shows that the pivot point S1 is at 70737.67. If BTCUSD breaks below this level, it could signal a further decline towards S2 at 70482.33. However, the 200-day SMA at 68016.88 is still a significant support level to consider in the longer term. Given my focus on ESG investments, I'm also reviewing news related to the environmental impact of Bitcoin mining; negative reports could exert downward pressure independently of technical indicators. I'll be watching the price action closely around S1 today.
