Watching the H4 chart for USDJPY. I'm seeing a bullish engulfing pattern forming right at the 159.00 level, which coincides with the 200 SMA. This could indicate a continuation of the recent upward momentum, especially if we can hold this price.
If this pattern confirms, I'll be looking for further upside targets towards R1.

Actually, checking the 15-minute chart, there's also a smaller bullish divergence on the RSI that started forming an hour ago. This strengthens the case for a short-term bounce.

Hey @hmitchell303, I saw your post about the bullish engulfing pattern. That's interesting. I'm not super experienced with patterns yet, but I am watching the price around 160.25. It seems to be struggling to break past that level decisively. Do you think the pattern can overcome this resistance?
