The USDJPY weekly close was interesting, sitting just above the lower Bollinger Band. I'm a bit concerned about a potential gap opening on Monday, considering the current neutral trend and the RSI still showing bearishness. A significant gap down could trigger my short entries, but a gap up could invalidate my analysis completely. I will be watching the pre-market data closely. Managing risk is key here. Anyone else worried about a gap?

@kartik7630, that's an interesting point about the potential gap. As a beginner, I'm still trying to fully grasp gap analysis. If it gaps down significantly as you mentioned, would you immediately enter short or wait for some kind of confirmation? Also, how do you determine what constitutes a 'significant' gap? Is there a percentage or pip value you look for in USDJPY, or does it depend on the overall market conditions? Just trying to understand the nuances better. Thnk i will look closely at the opening price on Monday.
