Hey @NicoleSurfer, reading your post about the dollar and EURUSD has me thinking. I'm still really new to this, and I keep seeing people talk about 'support' and 'resistance' levels. Can someone explain what those actually mean in simple terms, and how do you guys usually find them on the charts? I feel like I'm missing a key piece of the puzzle here.

Also, when people mention 'support' like at 1.1560 or whatever, is that a specific price, or more of a zone? And do you guys use specific tools to draw them, or is it just eyeballing based on past price action? I'm trying to get my head around how to even spot these levels without just guessing. Any tips would be amazing.
