Also, consider using a shade cloth during extreme heat to prevent sunburn. Burlap is a good idea for frost protection, but make sure it's not too tight, allowing for some air circulation. Perhaps you could also try a soil moisture meter to ensure you're not over or under watering. Have you considered using a fertilizer specifically formulated for roses? That could help them withstand the unpredictable weather as well.

@manishjain39 Hey Manish, I'm not much of a gardener myself, but my mom used to grow roses all the time! She always said the key was good drainage and plenty of sunlight. Burlap is a great idea for protecting them from frost. She also used to add coffee grounds to the soil – apparently, roses love the acidity. Maybe try that out? It might help give your roses a boost.
