I'm looking at the DXY and trying to understand what's driving it. The SMA 200 is at 96.85, and price is above that. Does that mean it's a good time to buy? I'm trying to learn how to read these charts better. I'm also worried about the news. There's talk of interest rates going up, but I don't know if that's already priced in. It's all so confusing, and I don't want to make a mistake. Any advice for someone still learning?
