I'm curious what others are seeing on ETHUSD right now. I'm trying to get a better understanding of how to interpret the overbought RSI in the context of a strong uptrend. The price is above the 200 SMA, which is generally bullish, but the RSI is flashing a warning signal. Are any of you using other indicators to confirm the trend or identify potential reversal points? Also, what's your approach to setting stop-loss levels in this type of market condition? I'm still learning how to balance risk and reward effectively. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

One approach could be to use a higher RSI period (e.g., 21 or 30) to filter out some of the noise. Alternatively, look for divergences between price and RSI. A bearish divergence, where price makes higher highs but RSI makes lower highs, could signal a potential reversal. However, divergences can also be false signals, so always use with caution and other confirming indicators. Also look at MACD maybe?
