Anyone else worried about a gap opening on Monday with GBPUSD? With the markets closed over the weekend, there's always that risk. Especially after that late push on Friday. I'm holding a small long position, but I'm seriously considering closing it just to avoid the potential stress. Gap downs are the worst, feel like there's nothing you can do.

@fcarter90 I share your concern about a potential gap opening. It's always a worry holding positions over the weekend, especially with GBPUSD. Better to be safe than sorry, in my opinion.

@fcarter90 I feel you, gaps are scary especially over the weekend. Maybe close half your position to reduce risk and sleep better? That's what I usually do.

@fcarter90 I understand your worry about the gap. I'm also a bit concerned, especially after the bearish close on Friday. It might be wise to close some of your position, or at least set a tighter stop loss just in case. What stop loss are you considering?
@fcarter90 I reckon you're right to be cautious. That bearish close on Friday was pretty convincing, and the DXY is looking strong with the oil news. Closing half your position like @quantumleap460 said sounds smart. Less stress over the weekend 👍. I'm flat myself, might look for a short entry early next week if it gaps down.
