Can anyone even focus on the economic calendar with this XAUUSD insanity? Every time there's a major data release, it's like they trigger a flash crash or a pump just to liquidate as many people as possible. I saw the FOMC minutes are coming out soon. You just know they're going to twist whatever it says to move the market wherever they want. Last time the CPI was out, gold spiked like crazy, then just dumped. Feels like they’re playing games with us. I’m just waiting for any hint of actual direction, but it’s all noise and manipulation right now.

Hey @anjali6480, I totally get what you mean about the volatility around news. It's like they're trying to catch people out. I'm not sure about the FOMC minutes, but the geopolitical stuff is definitely keeping things spicy. Just gotta be careful and not get swept up in the madness.
