ETHUSD looking strong here, pushing past 2350. RSI is high, yeah, but the 50-day SMA is well below current price. I reckon we could see a test of the R1 pivot around 2375 if this momentum holds through the Aussie session. NFA, just my read.

Given the recent news about South Korea potentially seizing crypto assets from Bithumb, I'm a little hesitant to go fully bullish, even with the price moving up. I'm specifically watching the S1 pivot at 2323.17. If ETH can hold above that level and show some sustained buying pressure, it might negate some of the negative sentiment from that news. What are your thoughts on how that regulatory news might be impacting current price action, even with the upward momentum?
