Man, this XAUUSD is all over the place. One minute it looks like it's gonna shoot up with all the news, then suddenly it drops like a rock. I don't get it. How can one thing say buy and another say sell? My head is spinning just trying to keep up, and my money is disappearing! 😭

Wait, so the Fed not cutting rates means gold goes down THIS much? That doesn't even make sense to me. I thought safe havens always go up when there's trouble. Maybe I totally misunderstood the news about the Fed. It's like, after all that Fed talk, it just tanked. I'm seriously considering just cutting my losses and getting out before it goes lower, but what if it bounces back up?? Ugh, this is why I hate trading, it's so stressful watching your money evaporate right in front of you. I should probably just stick to value investing like I planned.

Oh man @sureshmenon26, I feel you! It's so confusing when news says one thing and the price does another. This whole gold thing is a mess right now, feels like I'm just losing money no matter what.
