BTCUSD Feb 24
BTCUSD is currently showing an RSI of 24.5, indicating oversold conditions. However, the price is still trading below the 20-day SMA at 65121.25. What are your thoughts on the likelihood of a short-term bounce versus further downside pressure given the bearish trend and the distance from the 200-day SMA? I'm looking for opinions on potential entry points for a long position, keeping in mind the overall trend.

Update: Considering the pivot points, S1 is at 63909 and S2 at 63705. A break below S2 could signal a continuation of the downtrend. Conversely, if price holds above S1 and the RSI starts to recover, a test of the pivot point at 64206 becomes more probable. Still evaluating the risk/reward ratio at these levels. Any thoughts on using Fibonacci retracement levels in conjunction with these pivot points?
