I'm observing GBPUSD currently testing the R1 pivot point at 1.35249. A successful breach could target R2 at 1.35317. However, failure to break above R1 may indicate a short-term pullback towards the pivot point itself (1.35196) or even S1. Monitoring price action around these levels will be critical for making informed decisions.

Update: Further to my previous post, I'm also considering the RSI divergence on the H4 chart. While the price has been making higher highs, the RSI hasn't been confirming this with similar highs. This divergence could suggest weakening momentum and a potential reversal, adding confluence to the possibility of a pullback if R1 is not breached. I'll be watching the RSI closely for confirmation of this bearish scenario. A break below 60 on the RSI could signal the start of the pullback. Risk management is key here, with tight stop losses placed just above R1.
