I often employ a scaling strategy to manage my entries and exits on XAGUSD. If I'm anticipating a breakout, I'll start with a smaller initial position, say 25% of my intended full size, near a key support or resistance level. As the price moves in my favor and confirms the breakout, I'll add another 25% at the next level of support/resistance. For exits, I use a similar approach, taking partial profits at predetermined targets. This allows me to lock in gains while still participating in potential further upside. Conversely, if the price moves against me, I'll cut losses early on the initial position and avoid adding further exposure. This strategy helps to optimize risk-reward and adapt to changing market conditions. News like is why I use this strategy.
