Well, that was a week. DXY closed around 99.25, which is neither here nor there really. I'm not touching anything over the weekend. Too much risk of some crazy gap open on Monday with all this geopolitical noise. Just gonna let my positions chill, hoping the spreads don't eat me alive when the market opens.

Hey @brittanyphoto, I feel you on the gap risk. That geopolitical stuff is definitely keeping me on edge too. Friday's close at 99.25 was pretty indecisive, but the fact that the dollar weakened despite yield moves last week is interesting. Maybe the safe-haven status is actually starting to fade a bit, like that news suggested. I'm also holding off on new trades until we see Monday's action. Got a few positions open but nothing major, just gotta hope the overnight funding isn't too brutal. Might even adjust some stops if things look dicey.

Hey @brittanyphoto, I totally get your hesitation to trade over the weekend. That geopolitical stuff is wild and definitely adds risk. Closing around 99.25 was pretty indecisive, like you said. It’s tough when the dollar weakens despite all that noise; makes you question the narrative. I'm also watching that Middle East crisis and how it might influence DXY. It feels like it should be stronger but it’s just not moving much right now. Maybe we’ll see a clearer direction once trading really picks up on Monday, but yeah, that gap risk is real.

I agree with @brittanyphoto about the gap risk over the weekend. With all the geopolitical tensions simmering, it feels like anything could happen. I'm particularly worried about a potential gap up on Monday if any significant news breaks. It makes holding positions over Saturday and Sunday feel like a gamble.
