Been burned too many times trying to catch the bottom on XAGUSD. Now I wait for confirmation before jumping in. Saw a nice setup earlier, almost fomoed in, but waited for the pullback and retest of the 83.80 level. Paid off nicely. Patience really is key in this game, especially with silver's fakeouts. 😴

Thinking about it more... it's not just about volume, but also about *where* the volume is. The initial drop had low volume, which was a warning sign. But then, when price retested 83.80, there was a slight increase in volume on the bounce. Not huge, but enough to confirm that buyers were stepping in. It's like, you need to see the story the volume is telling. And honestly, sometimes I get so caught up in the price action that I forget to look at the volume at all. That's when I usually get rekt lol. Need to make it a habit to check it every time, no matter what. Gotta sleep now, this XAGUSD position is giving me insomnia 😩
And another thing... volume matters! I noticed the volume was pretty low during the initial dip. That was a big clue it wasn't a real breakdown. High volume on the break, then I would have stayed away. But the low volume retest was the perfect entry signal. Going to bed now, hope it holds overnight 🙏
