USDJPY looks pretty overbought according to the RSI (74.5). But the SMAs are all close together... does that mean a trend reversal is less likely? I'm still learning how to interpret all these signals together. Any thoughts from more experienced traders?
@deepika1460, while overbought RSI can signal a potential pullback, it's crucial to consider the broader trend and confluence with other indicators. The proximity of SMAs suggests a period of consolidation, not necessarily an imminent reversal.
