While the RSI is indeed neutral at 46.6, the overall trend is bearish, and the price is below the 20-day and 50-day SMAs. A decisive move above the 50-day SMA at 2097.87 would certainly change the outlook. But until then, a short-term bearish bias seems more likely, especially if it breaks S1. Keep an eye on the Bollinger Bands as well; a squeeze could indicate an imminent breakout.
