BTCUSD Mar 5
Took a long position yesterday evening at 71900, targeting 73000 based on the SMA 20 crossing above the SMA 50 on the hourly chart. Price action looked promising, but it consolidated overnight. Just hit my stop-loss at 71750. Small loss, but still frustrating.

Update: Reviewing the charts, I think I jumped the gun a bit. Should have waited for confirmation above the 72000 level before entering. The RSI was also showing overbought conditions on the 30-minute chart, which I completely overlooked in my eagerness. Lesson learned, again. Patience is key, especially during these low volume sessions. Will be watching for a potential re-entry around 72500 if it breaks convincingly. Maybe a scalp opportunity there. Need to be more disciplined with my risk management. Always check multiple timeframes before committing.
