Okay, so I've been looking at ETHUSD and it's kinda scary right now, ngl. The price is below all the SMAs (20, 50, and 200). That seems bearish, right? But the RSI is so low! I'm thinking maybe it will bounce soon? I'm trying to learn more about using Bollinger Bands too, and it looks like the price is near the lower band which is around 1855. Does that mean it's a good time to buy? Or should I wait for a confirmation signal? I'm so confused!
