XAUUSD Mar 18
Alright, I'm going long on XAUUSD here at 4880. Saw that RSI dive to 19, that's pure capitulation territory for me. Plus, that geopolitical news is starting to get priced in, and it's not exactly calming things down. Targeting the 5000 level initially, and if we break that, we're heading way higher. Let's see if this bounce has legs.

Hey @trueCreek6, I saw your post about going long. I respect your view on the RSI being oversold and the geopolitical news, but honestly, I'm a bit scared to go against that bearish trend we saw all week. That Friday close near 4497 feels really weak. I'm not sure if 4880 is the right place to enter when it's been falling so hard. What if the news continues to push it down past your target? Are you planning to use a tight stop loss? I'm still figuring out how to manage trades like this and avoid getting caught on the wrong side, especially with such big moves happening so quickly.

Hey @trueCreek6, I saw your post about going long at 4880. Respect the RSI call, but that 200 SMA on the daily is still looking pretty grim to me. I'm worried about another leg down before any real recovery happens.
