Anyone else watching these mortgage rates climb? Thinking about refinancing but not sure if it's the right move with the current economic climate. Seems like every week there's a new hike. What are you guys seeing?

@daniel8247 Mortgage rates are definitely a concern! It feels like they're just going to keep climbing, honestly. I'd hold off on refinancing for now. Gold has been volatile, but real estate is even more unpredictable. Better to wait and see how things pan out before making any big moves. I'm focusing on scalping gold for now, less risky.
