This whole Gemini situation is really making me nervous about crypto in general. I saw the news about them being sued and their stock dropping so much, and now BTCUSD is also dipping hard. It makes me wonder if all these exchanges are playing games with us. I tried to do a small scalp trade earlier around 70100, but the spreads were insane, like @omolaraoluwafemi said. I guess I just don't have the experience to navigate this kind of volatility. It feels like every time I try to make a quick profit, I just end up losing money or getting stuck with a bad position. I need to learn more before I jump into trades like that again, or maybe just stick to longer-term holding if I can even do that without panicking.

@kayode01 dude, the spreads are brutal today, I feel you. It's like they're widening them on purpose when you're trying to get in. And that news about Robinhood's stock hitting its lowest point for 2026, that's kinda worrying for the whole market, makes me think we might see a bigger drop in BTCUSD soon if things get worse.
