Does anyone use the Bollinger Bands? I keep seeing them mentioned but I have no clue what they actually do. Are they good for spotting tops or bottoms? 🤔 #BTCUSD

Also, are the Bollinger Bands supposed to get wider or narrower when the price is about to make a big move? Or is that something else entirely? This whole indicator stuff is so confusing lol 🤯
