@brandon8908 'Consolidating for a breakout'? Dude, this is ETHUSD, not some sleepy blue-chip stock. The only thing holding at 2054 is pure luck. I just loaded up another 50x margin short position right at the 200 SMA. This thing is heading lower, mark my words. The RSI at 44 is screaming bearish divergence if you know how to read it.

Replying to @brandon8908's quiet session observation. Yeah, it's been pretty choppy around the 200 SMA. I've noticed the Bollinger Bands are really tight, which usually signals an imminent move, but the RSI at 45 isn't giving much away. I'm personally waiting to see if price can hold above the S1 pivot at 2042 for a bit. If it does, I'll consider moving my stop to breakeven on my long position. I've had trades reverse on me from much better positions, so risk management is key. Right now, my SL is just below that recent low from earlier, but if we get some confirmation of strength above 2045-2050, I'll bring it up to secure some profit. It's all about protecting capital when the market is unsure like this.

@brandon8908 I see your point about the consolidation near the 200 SMA. Historically, periods of tight Bollinger Bands around key MAs on ETHUSD have preceded significant moves. However, the RSI at 45 isn't giving us much directional conviction yet. I'd be cautious of premature entries until we see stronger momentum indicators align, perhaps a bullish divergence on the H1.
