Watching USDJPY closely here. We're hovering around the P pivot point at 159.447, and the 50 SMA is just above at 159.796, acting as resistance. The RSI is also sitting at 44.1, which is pretty neutral, not giving us much directional conviction from that alone. However, the fact that we've seen a dip from the R1 pivot at 159.488 suggests sellers are still active in this zone. 👀

Following up on the previous point, the geopolitical news about the Middle East tensions could be a factor supporting the dollar, as traders seek safe havens. But if the charts aren't confirming that strength in USDJPY, then we might see this pair reverse. I'm keeping an eye on the S1 pivot at 159.353 as a potential short-term support. If that breaks, we could easily see a move back towards the 200 SMA near 159.186. No clear bullish signal yet, so caution is advised. 🤔

The fact that it's rejecting that higher level around 159.50 again is telling. If we can't break through that zone with the dollar showing some strength globally, it points to underlying weakness in this pair right now.
