Ugh, I'm up way too early watching this GBPUSD action. My biggest trading mistake is definitely staring at the charts for hours and then forcing a trade when nothing is there. I swear I need a 'stop trading after midnight' alarm, but who listens to that when the market's moving?!

Seriously though, I just saw it dip below 1.3290 and my finger was already hovering over the 'sell' button. Had to remind myself of the swing strategy – patience! I need to trust the process and wait for proper setups, not just jump in because it's moving.
