Hey guys, I'm pretty new to trading XAGUSD, but I've been trying to learn as much as I can. I'm seeing the price is around 77 right now, and it's been kinda flat today. Does anyone have any tips for spotting good entry points when the market isn't really trending? Any advice would be awesome!

Update: I just read something about using Bollinger Bands to find potential breakouts. The upper band is around 78.54, so maybe if it hits that, it'll keep going up? Or is that too simple of a way to look at it? I'm still trying to figure this all out lol.

Hey @brandon979, I'm also fairly new to XAGUSD and face similar challenges with flat markets. For spotting entry points when there's no clear trend, I've been trying to use Bollinger Bands to identify potential support and resistance zones for range trading. When the bands are tight, it suggests consolidation, and I look for bounces off the lower band or rejections from the upper band. However, confirming these signals for scalping is still something I'm trying to master.
