I agree with @ddavies10 about the spreads, it's a real pain, especially when you're trying to manage risk on XAGUSD. For me, risk management is all about setting clear stop-loss levels before I even enter a trade. I never deviate from that, no matter how tempting it is to let a losing trade run. I also try to keep my position sizing consistent, so one bad trade doesn't wipe out a significant portion of my capital. It's easy to get emotional, especially when you see news like causing wild swings, but sticking to a pre-defined plan is key to surviving in this market. You have to be prepared for both the upside and the downside.
