Just closed out my swing short on ETHUSD from 2145. Took about 70 pips, which isn't huge but it's a solid win given the chop we've seen. The RSI was screaming oversold earlier, but the price action continued lower, breaking through that S2 pivot point at 2144. My stop was just above the 50 SMA at 2148. I'm not looking to re-enter long just yet, need to see some stabilization above the 200 SMA, which is currently around 2183. The institutional buying news is interesting, but right now, the technicals are dictating the immediate direction and it's been bearish.
