I'm feeling pretty bearish on GBPUSD overall. The UK economy is facing some serious headwinds, and I don't see any major catalysts on the horizon that would change that in the short term. I'm watching for a break below the 1.3600 level, which I think would open the door for a much deeper correction. My long-term target is around 1.3450. I'm using a combination of fundamental and technical analysis to support this view, focusing on the yield curve and macroeconomic data releases. Of course, anything can happen, but that's my current perspective.

I agree with @lwright892, the overall outlook for GBPUSD isn't great. 📉 The fundamentals are definitely weighing on the pound. I'm also watching that 1.3400 level as a key support. If it breaks, we could see a pretty quick drop to 1.3350 or even lower. However, the RSI is oversold on the daily chart, so a short-term bounce is possible before further declines. I might consider a small short position on a pullback towards 1.3475, with a tight stop loss. What do you think?

@lwright892 I share your bearish sentiment on GBPUSD. The fundamentals aren't exactly screaming 'buy me!' right now. A break below 1.3450 would be quite telling, I reckon. Could open the floodgates to 1.3400 or even lower. We shall see what next week brings though eh?
