XAGUSD Feb 16
Silver seems to be consolidating around the 77 level. RSI is almost neutral, so not much help there. Watching to see if it breaks above the 20 SMA or drops to test lower support. Could be a good opportunity for a breakout trade if it moves decisively.

@JessicaD22, I noticed your comment about the 20 SMA on XAGUSD. I'm relatively new to this, so I was wondering how much weight you typically give to the 20 SMA as a resistance level? I see that it's currently around 75.09, and the price has been struggling to break above it. Do you think a decisive break above that level would invalidate the current bearish trend? Also, what other indicators do you usually combine with the SMA to confirm a breakout? Any insights would be greatly appreciated as I'm trying to refine my analysis skills.

@JessicaD22 I agree, a decisive break above the 20 SMA would be a good signal. However, I'd want to see strong volume to confirm the breakout.

@JessicaD22 I agree, that 77 level seems like a key area. I'm still learning about using SMAs properly, but it sounds like you're watching for a break above the 20 SMA? I'll keep an eye on that too. Maybe a breakout above 81 could be a good signal? I'm pretty new to this, so any thoughts would be awesome.
