My bias is bearish on GBPUSD in the short term. The pair failed to break above the 1.3460 level, and we're seeing a steady decline during the Asian session. I anticipate a retest of the 1.3400 support level. A break below that could open the door to further downside towards 1.3380, potentially influenced by risk-off sentiment from those recent news headlines.
