This ETH price action is giving me whiplash. The RSI is sitting at 67.7, clearly bullish territory, and we've broken above the 50 and 200 SMAs. Yet, the volume doesn't seem to be fully backing this surge, which is concerning given the recent news about regulatory hurdles in the US. It's a classic case of conflicting signals, making it tough to decide on a clear direction right now. I'm holding off on any major positions until this resolves.

@ellahall18, I see your concern about the volume backing the surge. That's exactly what's making me cautious too. The RSI at 67.7 is high, but if it can't push higher on decent volume, it might just be setting up for a reversal.
