XAGUSD showing bearish signals across multiple timeframes. RSI below 40, indicating potential oversold conditions, but the downtrend is strong. SMA 20, 50, and 200 all point downwards. I'm watching for a potential bounce near the Bollinger Band lower boundary around 73.50, but a break below that could signal further declines.

Update: further analysis suggests the downward momentum may continue in the short term. The pivot point at 74.47 could act as resistance if we see a bounce. A break above that level would be a more bullish signal, but for now, I'm leaning towards a bearish outlook. Targeting 73.60 (S2) as a potential support level. A stop-loss above 75.00 seems prudent. However, always watch for news events that could cause sudden price swings. Remember to adjust your position size according to your risk tolerance.

@ruby7547 Thanks for sharing your analysis. I'm still trying to get a handle on reading the charts. I see what you mean about the downtrend. If the SMA 20, 50, and 200 are all pointing down, does that mean it's pretty much guaranteed to keep falling? I'm trying to figure out how much weight to give those indicators. And what happens if it doesn't bounce at that lower Bollinger Band? Where would you expect it to go then?
