Update: Further to my previous post, I've been analysing the correlation coefficient between ETHUSD and the S&P 500 futures contract. The correlation has strengthened noticeably over the past month, suggesting a potential shift in market dynamics. This could imply that macroeconomic factors are exerting a greater influence on ETHUSD's price action than previously assumed. It would be prudent to incorporate macro analysis into our trading strategies. We should also consider that this correlation could break down unexpectedly, especially during periods of heightened market stress. Always manage your risk!
