Is anyone else tracking the correlation between ETHUSD and traditional market indices? I've observed some interesting patterns lately, where ETHUSD seems to mirror movements in the S&P 500, albeit with amplified volatility. Could this be attributed to increased institutional involvement in the crypto space? I'm curious to hear other perspectives on this.

Update: Further to my previous post, I've been analysing the correlation coefficient between ETHUSD and the S&P 500 futures contract. The correlation has strengthened noticeably over the past month, suggesting a potential shift in market dynamics. This could imply that macroeconomic factors are exerting a greater influence on ETHUSD's price action than previously assumed. It would be prudent to incorporate macro analysis into our trading strategies. We should also consider that this correlation could break down unexpectedly, especially during periods of heightened market stress. Always manage your risk!
