Hi everyone! 👋 New to this, but I'm trying to understand how to read the DXY. 🤔 It seems like it's kinda stuck in the middle right now? Is it generally a good idea to wait for a clearer direction before making any moves? Any tips for a newbie would be super appreciated! 🙏

Update: Just noticed the Bollinger Bands are pretty tight. Does that usually mean a big move is coming soon? 🚀 Or am I misunderstanding something? 😅

Right now, the pivot point is around 97.59, so a break above that could signal more bullishness. Also, consider looking at multiple timeframes. What looks like consolidation on a shorter timeframe (like M15 or H1) might be part of a larger trend on H4 or D1. Keep an eye on the news too; economic data releases can significantly impact the DXY.
