I'm relatively new to swing trading XAUUSD. I'm seeing it hovering around the 5180 mark currently. What are some key indicators or patterns more experienced traders use to identify potential entry and exit points for gold? Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I'm trying to refine my strategy.

Update: I'm noticing the RSI is almost exactly at 50. Doesn't that usually indicate indecision in the market? I'm hesitant to make any moves until I see a clearer direction. Perhaps waiting for a break above the R1 pivot point at 5189 might be a safer entry point.
