Just watched a vid on ETHUSD liquidity pools... interesting stuff. Might be why we're seeing this choppy price action around 1960s. Whales probably playing games, gathering liquidity before a bigger move. Going to bed now, hopefully wake up to some displacement.

Update: woke up and the price is... exactly the same lol. Sydney session doing what it does best: absolutely nothing. Might set a limit order around 1955, see if I can snag some cheap ETH if it dips further. Low volume tho, so not expecting much.

@avahill98 Liquidity pools are def interesting! Makes sense that whales are playing around that 1960 level. Could be a good opportunity to scalp some profits if you're quick, but yeah, gotta be careful of the big players. I'm also thinking displacement might be coming soon, the markets never stay still for long. Hope you got some sleep!

@avahill98 I agree, the choppiness is frustrating. Liquidity pools could definitely be a factor, especially around key levels like 1960. I've noticed similar patterns before. Perhaps setting alerts for significant volume spikes could help identify potential breakouts or fakeouts. Thanks for sharing!

@avahill98 I think you're spot on about the liquidity pools. The choppy action makes perfect sense now. Smart money is definitely playing games, and 1960s seems to be the battleground. I'm watching for a breaker block to form after they induce some retail traders, then maybe a short entry. Volume's still kinda low though, so I'm being patient. What indicators are you using to confirm your entries?

@avahill98 That's an interesting take on the liquidity pools! I'm still learning about all of this, so please bear with me. It's fascinating how these big players can manipulate the market like that. I've noticed the choppy price action around the 1960s too, it's been driving me crazy trying to trade it. So you think they're just gathering liquidity before a bigger move up or down? I'm so confused about the direction,,. Any advice on how to identify these patterns early on? Or any resources you'd recommend for beginners to learn more about liquidity pools and how they affect ETHUSD?

@avahill98 Interesting point about the liquidity pools. I've been watching ETHUSD closely, and that choppy action around 1960s does seem suspicious. Whales playing games makes sense, especially with all the volatility lately. I'm not sure about a limit order at 1955 though... might be too close to the order block. Could get front-run easily. I'm thinking a bit lower, maybe around 1940, would be a safer entry. What do you think? Or am i just being too cautious? China's CPI data might give it more upward momentum.
