Hoping for a clean retest of the 50 SMA on the daily chart if things turn south. That's around 1.1523, might be a good spot for a bounce if we see some dollar weakness return. Otherwise, it's just holding tight and waiting for clearer signals.

Hey @fatimabutt41, that 50 SMA retest is definitely a key level to watch. If the dollar weakness we saw briefly on Friday returns, it could provide some support there. I'm personally looking at the 200 SMA as well, slightly lower, for a more significant bounce zone.

Hey @fatimabutt41, the 50 SMA on the daily is a solid level to keep an eye on. If dollar strength fades again, that could indeed be a bounce zone. I'm watching the price action around the current 1.1570s too.

Hey @fatimabutt41, I saw your comment about the 50 SMA on the daily chart. I agree that it's a significant level, but given the current dollar strength and the negative RSI on the intraday charts, I'm a bit more cautious about a bounce there. The S2 pivot at 1.15237 is also very close to that 50 SMA, which could act as a confluence, but it also means it's a key battleground. If we break below that convincingly, I'd expect further downside, potentially towards the 200 SMA which is currently sitting around 1.15445, but that's not looking likely right now. I'm leaning towards a short-term bearish bias unless we see a clear displacement candle breaking above the 20 SMA (1.15517) and the hourly resistance at 1.156. The geopolitical tensions, like the news about the Middle East, seem to be keeping a bid under the dollar, which isn't helping EURUSD. For now, I'm watching the price action around 1.1525 very closely.
