Ugh, this gold price action is giving me whiplash today. One minute it's oversold, the next it's bouncing... Been trying to catch a falling knife and failing miserably. Guess I'll stick to paper trading during lunch, lol.

Okay, so I was just looking at the D1 chart... and I think I see what's happening. The Iran war oil shock is definitely playing a role, like that news article said. Inflation fears are keeping gold down, even though it should be a safe haven. Maybe the move is to wait for a bigger pullback, like down to 4950, and then look for a long setup with a tight SL. Gotta be patient, I guess. FOMOing in never works out well for me. Also, gotta keep an eye on that consumer sentiment data coming out.
