Hi everyone, I'm noticing GBPUSD is hovering right around the 50-day SMA (1.3351). It's acted as support a few times recently, but hasn't really held strong. If it breaks below that, do you think we could see a bigger drop, maybe towards the 20-day SMA around 1.3348? I'm still learning how to read these moving averages properly.

Update: The price is still dancing around that 50 SMA. It's so close to breaking below it, but seems to be finding some minor support. I'm watching the RSI too, it's at 51.6, so pretty neutral atm. I'm wondering if the early morning session is just indecisive, and we'll see more action when London opens. I'm thinking of waiting for a clear break below 1.3351 before considering a short position. Anyone else seeing the same thing, or am I missing something obvious? Maybe I should also check the H4 chart...
